1970 LT1 - 1100884 Alternator Pulley

Hi All,

I've been told the 3846180-AI pulley is correct for a 70 LT1 with an 884 alternator. Is this true? Should the part number be stamped on the face of the pulley or should it only have the groves?

Not that I know of. However, the GM #1970831 and 3846180 are very similar pulleys. So, I suppose it's possible.
