YIPPEE!!! Fixed my '96 climate control 'intermittent' buttons!
I followed a suggestion I read (another forum) about how to repair C-68 Electronic Climate Control 'sticky' buttons. On my '96 sometimes they worked, most the time they wouldn't! Anyway it was suggested taking the control head apart, using an eraser on the push button contacts, followed by a dab of alcohol on a q-tip. I can't believe it was that simple! All the buttons work like new. I'd like to offer the author to stop by for a pint! Now for the programmer!
