Tim, sure wish you could attend. You bring a lot of knowledge to the table. It is shaping up to be a nice event. Lots of registrations. Last count I think was about 40 I believe. Rain won't deter the event, it's under a covered area and we all know (those of who live in Florida) that the forecast calls for rain every day for the past 34 years. LOL. ARA

Great presentation. We need to do these more often in the future. Sorry I showed up a bit late and had to leave at 1... 4 month old little girl at home in North Cuba (miami). It was nice to see a few familiar faces as I missed out in the regional this year.

We would like to thank everyone who attended the preflight tech session today at the Fort Lauderdale Antique Car Museum. Our thanks to Ed Augstine, Florida Chapter Chairman for his support and guidance with this event, A very special thanks go to presenters Ara Gechijian and Marco Hartner who took their time today to share their wealth of knowledge to all that attended as well as share a preflight checklist to the owner of a 67 midyear. Without this support a caliber event like this could not be done. A win/win for all.
It was nice to see familiar faces and make new friends. We hope everyone enjoyed the day, the event and the museum. Hopefully this will be the first of many events in South Florida.

Guys, thanks to all who attended. It was a great time, with great friends and some great cars. Some guys came from a great distance to attend - and Rocco gets the award for longest distance traveled. He came from Canada. Unfortunately the other two members of his Trio, Rob and Enzo, couldn't make it a Canadian Trifecta. The event went extremely well. Steve and Ann Torp deserve all the credit in the world for organizing this event. I had a great time (and my wife and 10 month old daughter Ashley, both of whom are NCRS members) came later in the day. We had a fantastic car to pre-flight. All told, I believe our attendance number was at 38 I believe. Some had left before the group photo was taken. Please let me or Steve know if the members would be interested in us organizing another one. Any feedback (positive or negative) we would appreciate so we can make the next one even better.
