Defroster hose

Ok i got a new defroster hose that is in one length, what sizes do i cut it to fit the two vents ?

If you saved your old defroster hoses, use them as a guide. When I ordered new hoses for my '61 I got one long one that was longer than needed. I just cut it to the same length as the old ones.

I will go out to my cold garage and measure mine. In the meantime, someone may be able to give you the correct dimensions.

The short hose from the heater box to the passenger defroster outlet measures 15 inches. The long one from the box to the driver's outlet measures 27.5 inches. The new one you got will allow for a few inches extra on each piece. I would cut them a little longer. You can always trim them back when you get them in place and ready to connect.
