1967 seat belt frame clamp

Can anyone provide a photo of the seat belt frame clamp that mounts to the center area of crossmember 3? I'm trying to determine how the factory welded these on. It does not appear in the AIM that I can find except on page 111 and it's not clear how it was mounted. Also the back end in the photo seems to be notched for the hole in the crossmember but the replacement parts seem to have a straight edge on the weldable side. Is it welded on all 3 sides?

Yes, mine has three fillet welds.

How much space is there between the weld and the weep hole in the crossmember would you guess?

You won't find anything on it in the Assembly Manual, as that part was welded to the frame at the A.O. Smith frame plant across the river - it was part of the frame.
