Bob, this '67 L71 has no PS, A.I.R, or A/C. It appears to be the correct pulley but I'm unsure. I cannot see any numbers on it.

The 3829193 and 3829387 are both 3 5/8" dia. pulleys with a 1/2" groove. The difference is the offset. The 3829193 pulley is much thicker.
Below is my drawing of an original 3829193 pulley.

            My 1967 Chevrolet Parts Catalog (July 1967) lists GM # 3871242 for 66-67 Corvettes w/P.S. (427)(exc. A.C., SHP).
            GM # 3829387 is listed for 66-67 Corvettes (427).

                David,
you did it again. That answers why my belt lines up better in the wrong V. I spaced, checked everything, and spent hours trying to get the belts straight. NOW I know why.
