I just noticed that I am missing all the bulbs in the interior lights for my 67 coupe. I believe there are the two down by the feet and the one in the head liner. What number are the bulbs for these applications? Thanks.

Re: What bulbs for interior lights in 67 coupe
Robert, Look in the owners manual for bulb info. LIsted under Specifications. Lamp Bulb Data.
For example: Courtesy or Dome is a 6 CP #90. But not all #90's are created equal. You need the correct configuration for originality. A original #90 looks like a small grape.l Todays Foreign bulbs have a huge glass/globe on them.
Also not all brands seem to work. Something to do with the amount of solder on the end of the bulb/lamp.
If you go to an Auto Store and get a #90 it's a POC. John- Top

Re: What bulbs for interior lights in 67 coupe
Thank you for this. I bought two sets of 90's for my '67 coupe and couldn't get them to work. After reading this post, I went to my shop, got out my soldering iron, and gave a couple of these bulbs a "tit job". The passenger side lit up right away, the drivers side not. I found out I do have power there, as I can get the bulb to flicker sporadically, but there's something wrong with the socket. If I push the bulb in, it will light, whenI twist it to seat it, it goes out. Problems like this I can handle, not so much when the "smoke gets out".Robert, Look in the owners manual for bulb info. For best results operationally and for judging, I always buy the full bulb pack that LIC sells. All of them are correct and work properly.Big Tanks In the High Mountains of New Mexico- Top
