Missing copper washer under bolt head, distorted canister surface under washer, bolt loose, etc.

Not torqued correctly. 20-25 Ft Lbs.

If it is the copper washer, there is a repair kit available to fix it. Most vendors have it.

I've used these many times with "dripless" success.

Tom, Where've you been? Hope all is well!

They're copper. Here's a original, and the kit....LIC #38-11C, and most vendors have it as well. The tube is just to install the new push-clip.
