I have listened to Car Talk religiously for years while running around on my Saturday morning errands. I read somewhere yesterday that Tom Passed from Alzhiemers complications or something like that. Have I been listening to recorded shows the last year or so? Doesn't matter though. They were funny guys that knew a thing or two about cars. RIP Tom. I'll miss you.

I enjoyed listening to the show, I'm sure Tom is driving his beloved Dodge Dart on the big highway in the sky,
especially liked the credits at the end (Canwe, Cheatum and Howe...etc)

Just found the answer to my question. The shows that are now on the radio are archived shows as they ceased doing live shows in 2012. In the article I just read Ray said he and the producers want to continue running the recorded shows as a tribute to his brother. I hope they continue.
