1967-1969 Tri Power Intake Heat Shield

    Hi Gang,

Looking for information on the 1967-1969 tri power intake heat shield. What is the part number? Is it still available from GM? Is this heat shield intake changeable with other 4BBL intake heat shields?

Does anyone have a lead on 1, maybe 2 units?

    Thank you,
    Dan

I have seen that the 374 manifold is now being sold as a repro unit apparently "GM licensed" you can see them on eBay, for example this one... http://www.ebay.com/itm/1967-CORVETT...91dc26&vxp=mtr the reason I mention this is that I note that in the auction ad that the new repro ones have the shield so I would think could be obtained from wherever they are actually making these. Perhaps talk to one of the sellers of these and find out where they get them and follow that trail. Obviously someone is making these shields to fit these repro manifolds. Good luck!

Hi Don, thanks for the information. I have some very good ideas about this reproduction as a back up for the car.

Joe - high quality information as always. Thanks buddy.
