Is there a published list of the Shriner cars by model year that details the changes in colors and interiors? I've searched, but to no avail.

Just pulled the tank down. Tank sticker is in great shape. It is a real side pipe car, 300hp automatic. Pretty rare car. I think this may be the only one of the 13 with side exhaust.photo9.jpgphoto10.jpgphoto11.jpg

My bad. I don't have the 66 info, nor am I aware of who does, other than the Anderson's.

              Jeremy,

AWESOME FIND!! The photo in post #11 shows at least two cars with side exhaust, but still really rare.

It's interesting that the job number on the bulkhead is 410 and it's 483 on the tank sheet. Anyway, how long have you known the car and how long have you been courting it? Keep the pictures coming please!

              Regards
              Rob

It's pretty cool that the Shriner Patrol [IMG][/IMG] is called out on the tank sticker.

The more I see of the documentation on these, they must have been given free to the Shriners.

Had the opportunity to judge one the 1967 cars back in 2004. Seems the radio supp. unit had something to do with a different wiring harness using larger gauge wire. It also had the tank sticker with the same radio indication. The Restorer Mag. had an article on these cars sometime back. Vol 20 #1 Summer 1993

Not sure about the wiring or a speaker installed, but it did have the shielding and no radio or antenna just like a radio delete car.

So this was some aftermarket radio installation?
