The owner may arrange for a single jump start using on an uninstalled auxiliary battery or self-contained source and jumper cables. After running a maximum of 10 minutes for the car's own generating system to recharge the battery, if the car will restart under its own battery's power, one half of the points under ease of start will be deducted. If the car will not restart, all ease-of-start points will be deducted.

Exactly. The answer is yes, you can bring a battery starter. Infact, you cannot use another car to jump your battery, if it is dead at operations. I would bring a battery jumper for a backup because you will lose alot of points if you are not able to start your car for operations.

Also, I want to note that you should install a battery disconnect. You receive 3 bonus points for doing so, and combined with your NCRS sticker and fire extinguisher, you can receive 10 total bonus points. Plus, it will save you from draining your battery.

BTW: Battery passed 100% at Bloomington Gold

I'm somewhat familiar with Bloomington. Hopefully, you'll do just as well at Wisconsin.
