    Lone Star Regional

The Lone Star Regional in Frisco, Texas is fast approaching. If you have made reservations at the Embassy Suites but have not registered for the event, now is the time to do so. If you have a reservation at the Embassy Suites but have decided not to attend please cancel your reservation so that others may grab it. Thanks! We also have rooms at the EA and have contracted with the Home2 Suites and the Hilton Garden Inn for an NCRS rate. It looks like it will be a large crowd in Frisco!

Really looking forward to it, and Pete Lindahl and I need to check with Gary to see that the passport issued to us last year is still valid for crossing the border…...

Guys, for those of you who haven't gone to this Regional you need to go. The Texas chapter really does a nice job. It's indoors, well attended and some magnificent cars. I am going again this year, and very much looking forward to it...ARA

Wasn't it that dork farmer from moonshine country that really liked the cake?

No Ralph, he was some bus driver from back east.

Yes, indeed, but since he has been MIA for quite some time, I felt I needed to continue the tradition.

Sorry, no photos but was at the hotel on Tuesday and they provided some of the chocolate dessert. Took me about four hours to come down from the chocolate high!

The cut off for the Embassy Suites was 23 September. There are two back up hotels. The Home2 Suites which is about two blocks from the EA and the Hilton Garden Inn across the street. The Home 2 is across the street from the trailer parking area and includes breakfast. The Home2 Suites number is: (972) 377-7300. The Hilton Garden Inn number is: (469) 362-8485. Ask for the NCRS rate at each.
