Will front spax adjustable shocks work well with a 427 engine?

Re: Spax shocks
For a road car I think the basic rebound only adjustable version will allow you to dial it in. Jounce damping should be fairly soft to allow the suspension to respond to bumps. Rebound must be stronger in order to keep the suspension from over rebounding. The stiffer the ride rate, the more rebound damping is needed.
American high performance suspensions have typically been "oversprung" and "underdamped", particularly rebound. Most aftermarket springs and shocks are even worse, and the Corvette optional suspensions aren't too hot because they double ride rate, but I don't have enough experience with them to determine if damping is adequate.
They are tolerable if your roads are fairly smooth.
