I want to commend Bill Mock on his level of service. I ordered a water pump from him recently. At installation, we discovered a leak near the upper fitting. I contacted Bill; he was extremely helpful in suggestions to remedy the problem. After determining that a casting flaw was the source of the problem, Bill immediately sent me another pump without asking that I return the warrantied item first.
I also received a hand written apology note for my troubles along with the replacement pump. That note was over and above the repeated apology expressed in my phone conversations with him.
Just wanted to let everyone here know that they can expect that same level of service if they deal with Bill as a vendor.
