I have what appears to be an original RC-15 cap except that the circle with (15# RC-15) is on the left side and the circle with (AC) is on the right side...is this also correct for judging since the NCRS technical manual shows the the circles and stamping opposite to the above? Thanks

Mike, I would say that the tangs are long since they measure approx. 7/8" and follow the curvature of the cap....the repro that I have measures 9/16" and are flat on the inner edge but do have the circled stamps same as the NCRS manual.- Top

Long tangs are a good sign but this is a desirable cap (an original) and is reproduced by many hoping to collect big money. Gotta go with Paul, a photo will get you a decisive response.- Top

Have been trying to attach a couple of photos but no luck so far....I did take some pics set at the recommended pixel size as jpeg and attempted to move them "from computer"....any ideas or should I just contact the helpdesk? Thanks- Top
