54 washer bracket
It appears that there is a small bracket at the jar holder and extends to the fender well with two screws connecting the two. Is this correct and anyone know where I might find one? Thanks again!!!

Yep
there is a small angle type bracket - attaches to the inner fender and the washer bottle bracket
Held on with clutch head machine screws and washers and nuts
Bracket is pretty easy to find
