Thanks everyone for your help and info. I just finished and it fits perfectly. I did not have to re-drill the holes. The clip was bent from being installed backward in order to hold the lug wrench. I bent it the way it was in Joe's picture and it works great.

Pat, here are 2 shots of the finished trunk area now after some work. Glad you brought up this thread, it caused me to get involved to fix something I did not realize needed fixing.

I'll get out to the garage today and rotate the clip 180 degrees. I did a quick placement and I may have to re-drill the holes. I'll let you know

Mine looks exactly the same now that the clip has been rotated,
