I am looking for opinions on reproduction A arms. My originals are pitted and have had the ball joints replaced. Does anyone have experience with these? I would like input on driving with these and judging results of the reproductions. The car is a 1966.

Re: Reproduction A arms quality, juding
Scott,
The A arm available today are well made and depict the originals without any discernible differences that I can see. I've used then on two cars and they fit and function perfectly. No issues. A bit pricey. The full size chevy uses the same arm as the vette if you choose to go original. Understand the 63 arms would be different from 64-67. Cross shafts are different mid 66 forward.- Top

Re: Reproduction A arms quality, juding
Scott, I put AFCs upper/lower A arms on my 64, 15K+ miles on them, no problems at all, very happy with the set up. Be advised the ball joints look very correct but are a sealed unit, don't require grease etc.
