    1970 - what's this switch for?

    Yet another part I can't seem to find in the AIM. Drivers side, under the dash, looks like it engages when the gas pedal is pushed. Thanks!

      You have (or to be more accurate, your car has) an automatic transmission. That is the "kick down" switch for the TH 400 transmission.
