    Seam Sealer

    What is the proper sealer to be used to apply to the top of the front inner liner where it meets with the front clip. I think 3M has something, but not sure.

    i am pretty sure there is no sealer..

    there is a rubber seal that is stapled to the inner fender up top where it rests below the upper surround.


    there would be a bonding agent in some areas though - its called panel cement
    if you want correct color then use a red hardener when mixing it.

      Hi Roger,
      Here's a picture of the seal Bill described.
      You can see some of the 'bond' material too at the apron's joint with the hood surround and front fender.
      The left side seal has 3 staples while the right side seal has 5.
      There are also seals at the rear of the apron in the same relative position.
