Does anyone have a photo of the correct screws used for installation of the emergency brake console? Another mysterious BG deduction I just noticed.

Re: 1969 E brake console installation screws
Hi Gary,
Perhaps this one? 3922441
Chrome plated oval head with a captured collet.
They're small enough that they nestle down in the holes in the console.

Re: 1969 E brake console installation screws
Hi Gary,
Is it possible that on 69 cars the screws for the console were color keyed to the interior color like the 3 upper screws for each of lower dash pads?
Did you look in the 69 AIM to see the part number indicated for the 4 screws?

Can't tell the head size from the photo but the recessed washers look a bit large. We're they OK in Kissimmee. ?- Top

Re: 1969 E brake console installation screws
Dave,
They have been fine for 2 years in Kissimmee. My 69, SUV and trailer are in Kansas City at a friends house, so I cant look until tomorrow.
This is another BG deduction that I would have questioned if I had known that I needed to pay attention to points for gold. I figured that a 97% raw at a regional was an indication for gold. I got a nice surprise (my wallet did as well)
