    Driver's Side Headlight Motor Operation

I have a 1966 roadster, when I engage the head light motor switch after the car has sat for several hours the driver's side head light does not open on the first try. It will open on the second (and subsequent) try but slower than the passenger side light. Once both lights are open they close at exactly the same time everytime. Any ideas?

    Hi Dan
    I editted your thread title.
if you go up to the search box, and enter headlight and motor, and hit the search tab, it will lead you to dozens of older threads on the subject of rebuilding or freshening your motors and bucket pivots, etc. Here is one recent thread just as an example.
