C2: 4sp center console, non power window, part number question??

I have a NOS console, part number 3900308. Can anyone tell me what year C2 this is specific to? I assume 1964, as it does not have the holes for the set belt buckle retainer bracket. In addition, would this same console be the correct part number for a 1967 vette? Thanks!

The 1967 console doesn't have the holes for the seat belt storage clip.

GM #3900308 is a 1967 part number. However, it was also used to SERVICE 1964-66 model years.
