What Donald said... also since this distributor has been on the engine for some time (I assume) with no ill-effect, there should be no problem continuing to use it. So all that needs to be done is grinding out the slot on the cam assembly to get 30 degrees cranshaft total centrifugal plus the other checks and procedures such as checking that the bushings are tight and shimming up end play to 2 to 7 thou.
Plus, you can get a repro part number band, so the fact that the guts are different than OE will not be detectable in flight judging.
