58 FI firewall hole

Not trying to make one---trying to help a guy figure out whether it's a real or made fuelie. Early March production car-what should the firewall hole for the tach cable be like? Oval like I'm used to seeing on 59-62? Round? How large?

Mike, Don't know your answer but here's something else which I am sure you already know.
The '58 accelerator pedal assembly is unique to FI only. See a pic on it in the judging manual. Has all kind of sexy bends to it. DOn't think there is a repro of this part. John
