Would like to confirm that the Denso(6008) W14 U spark plug is the equivalent of the non-resistorAC45 spark plug and should work well for my 66' L72? thanks

1966 L-72 did not use an AC 45 spark plug. It used a AC 43N (or 44N or 45N). If I recall correctly, the Denso W 14 U is equivalent to the non N suffix plug.

Hi John:

As Joe stated all big blocks (66) used the 43N. I suggest picking up a set of NOS off ebay, then no worries about what might work.
