2015 Winter Regional/Sun and Fun Meet

The Florida Chapter of the NCRS has made a significant move from Old Town to a great location for the 2015 Meet. They have hosted this meet for the last 36 years and built a tradition of excellence. Needless to say the members of the Florida Chapter should be encouraged as the Florida Meet continues to grow. It is the second largest all Corvette Swap meet in the US now!
This change was prompted by the need for space and it still allows access to the Kissimmee area and Disney as well as the access to Tampa and other areas that provide hotels and restaurants.
I'm looking forward to the new move and my 36th year to attend. Missed one when my son was born. Also looking forward to seeing old friends and playing some Florida golf that week.

Joe, how far is the new location from Old Town? Is there any information posted about the new venue? Thanks!

with I-4 traffic its a good 45 minutes to an hour to attractions in Orlando, little more for the good shopping mall and to downtown.
to get to downtown Tampa and good shopping/restaurants with traffic a good 45 minutes.

either drive is not bad - just don't do it from around 7:30AM-9:30AM or 3:30PM till 5:30PM , M-F

As I remember it Lakeland is just about in the middle of the two, and I say a bit closer to Tampa than Orlando.
