    Early 58 Fuel Line

I'm restoring an early 58 built 11/6/57. My research shows that I should use a 4445 fuel pump and a 57 fuel line. Is this correct? Does the fuel line go on the inside of the frame or the outside? Is it 1 piece from the gas tank to the flex hose? My brake line is on the inside of the frame and the clips that came with it appear to be made to hold the brake line and the fuel line.

    Gene,
Noland Adams book shows the fuel line routed on the outside of the frame and is one piece to the connection at the flex hose at the fuel pump. You may want to get a copy of Noland Adams book. I know it helped me with the restoration of my 57. Good luck with your 58.

Gene, I restored 1958 vin 297, the fuel line was on the outside of the frame, long one piece assembly, brake line on iside of frame. Mine was an October car.
