Hi Jim--After reading your response to my question last evening regarding sealer for intake manifold bolt threads, I went out into the garage and found an unopened tube of Permatex #2. I removed the errant bolt; cleaned it with brake cleaner; and reinstalled it. Ay noon today I took the car out for a drive, (in the heat--outside air temperature around 88 degrees); ran it on the freeway at 70 to 80 mph; then surface streets, and back roads, with two stops ( engine shutdowns) over 30 minutes each time. Upon my return home, not a drop of oil had leaked out. Previously, there would have been a teaspoon of oil outside that intake manifold bolt. Just wanted to let you know that the leak was fixed thanks to your recommendation. Thanks again! Rob Vanderhoeven
