Can you still get a one day pass at the K. C. National ? If so do you buy it at the gate & how much ?

The public pays a nominal fee to enter the judging hall. All NCRS members are required to register for the convention to enter any part of the convention. I have never heard of a one day pass. Do you mean for an NCRS member or general public?

anyone, to include NCRS members can walk up to National convention AFAIK and get access to the judging field for a nominal fee

I think Rick is correct unless the rules have changed since Charlotte. Remember, though, only those registered for the convention can sign up for or attend the judging schools, tech sessions, day trips, etc.. Planning a convention and making sure you can accommodate all that attend really depends on preregistration. Without restricting access to registered members, probably less (especially local) members would register and planning for a unknown number of participants is impossible. Chip.

Bill there is no such thing as a one day pass. If you want to attend any of the seminars you have to register for the Convention like all NCRS members do. If you want to just look at the cars there is a small daily entrance fee not sure how much.
