Are the 2 top wires on the wiper motor for the washers?do I need them plugged in for the motor to work?I seem to be completely missing that connector.I read previously that they were yellow and blue.I have 12v at the yelow, green & light blue wires below the washer but my wipers still dont work.I am suspecting a bad motor.Anything else i should check?I have the wiper door open so the switch is depressed.

Re: c3 wiper motor wiring
Be sure that the limit switch is in fact depressed. Even if the door is open, it may not make good contact with the switch.
Also check to see that the two ground wires are connected to the spade terminal, and be sure there is power to the main red power wire.
If the center gauge bezel is cracked at the breakaway points, the wiper switch may not be grounded.
I don't mean to insult your intelligence, but check or replace the fuse.
Good luck, George.- Top
