C1 Gas tank strap retainers

I have the straps and have ordered the front retainers. I guess I will see when they get here. I'm curious how they will attach. I see that the rears use a bolt thru a metal backing plate. The front apears to be oriented into the holes in the fiberglass. I don't see any metal backing or mounting provision anywhere and can't see anything from the books. How do they fit? (60)

The front end has pins through a loop in the end of the strap, and that pin engages some metal fork-shaped plates that are attached to the underbody.

There are retainers riveted to the underbody for the pins that go through the front of the straps - if yours are missing, Paragon has them.
