Re: Return of the Heat Transfer Debates

Class: Shall we now discuss laminar flow and possibly entropy to further complicate the question of rebuilding the water pump. Perhaps the velocity provided by the high volume pump creates turbulent flow in the rad- hence descreasing heat transfer.

laminar flow i understand because i worked with semi conductor clean rooms but entropy got me stumped.

When I was slogging my way through Thermodynamics in college, my roommate (full-boat football scholarship, later all-pro linebacker for the Kansas City Chiefs) was slogging his way through "Bait and Fly-Casting 101", and was of little help; almost glad I can't contribute anything intelligent to this discussion (again)
