WHITE LETTERING ON TIRES

IS THERE ANY GOOD BLACK PAINT TO COVER WHITE LETTERING ON TIRES.THE LOCAL NAPA SAID THERE WAS BUT THE GOV TOOK IT OFF MRKT.

There is such a thing as black tire paint and I used it in the sixties. At least ten years ago, maybe fifteen, I happened to run across a can at a parts store and bought it, though I have never used it and haven't seen any since. An alternative would be to mount the tires "backwards" as they usually don't have white lettering on both sides.

M.E.Miller Tire company makes black tire paint for tractor tire it works great.

Thanks Duke and Bill. I'll look for the Miller Co. now. I'm a week old member with two mistakes already; upper case post with my sometimes pass word "cabin" instead of Steve Shanks.sorry and thanks again.
