    '57 Frame Stencil

    What is the status of the frame stencil (to NCRS standards) on a '57. Is it visible like new, partially oversprayed, or completely oversprayed? thanks

          It was SUPPOSED...

          To be completely covered with the blackout paint prior to body drop. Human nature being what it is, this was probably not consistent. Plus, the asphalt-based paint could easily be removed.
