    headlight bucket repair

    One of the headlight buckets on my 65 has a crack in it. Can the pot metal be repaired or welded?

      Yes it can be aluminum TIG welded, ground smooth, filled and sanded. This is very carefull work as the bucket "burns up" fairly easy. You may yourself chasing the weld.
