You should be able to. Many people do. I assume you have rivetted wheels. Are you concerned they will leak through the rivets? Put a small dab of silicone gasket sealer around the rivet. As with any wheel, the rim area where the tire bead seals must be clean and smooth.- Top

As Chris said, you can. Original '60 Corvette rims did not use inner tubes. If you intend to use the full face spinner hub cap you may find that one or more of the caps want to "walk" around the rim. Radial tires sometime flex the old (bias belt) rims enough that the cap moves around the rim until restrained by the valve stem. I know of a case where a repro hub cap rotated and cut a stem. Tire went flat, owner walked home (no spare). Regards,- Top
