How does one detach the cables from the air, temp, and fan controls so that the console plate can be removed? Also, what is the correct size for the clutch head screws securing the grab bar and where can one purchase the appropriate screw driver? Clutch head sockets and screwdrivers I have found are too small. Thanks.

You need to disconnect them from the source, ie blower, fresh air tube, etc. I used a screwdriver for my clutch heads(I know I shouldnt, but it was late).
