C1 with a power top?

I work in a upholstery shop and a cutomer brought in a 59 with a power conv. top. I didn't know they had power tops in 59 vettes. This is a first for me, if anyone can give me any information on this system, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Mike Devrous

Mike, power windows and top were an available option on all C1 cars after 55 and I belive the power top was standard equipment on all 56 model year. You see the setups for sale on a pretty regular basis.

Mike only early 56 came with the power top standerd , then later they became an option all the way up to 62.If you need any help, I've done to many to count. The part most people dont understand is how to adjust them in the Corvette to make it work.
