Where does the rear harness (from Lectric Limited) join the dash harness (also from Lectric Limited)? I traced the old rear harness to an area near the antenna - and that was as far as I could feel or see.

Chip, Mine connects behind the dash cluster. Simple plug-in connection attached to horizontal cross brace.Follow your rear harness to the right side kick panel area and you got about 18" to go. -

How does it get from rear to front? Does it run under the carpet? Under the floor? In the frame? When you say right kick panel - is that drivers or passenger side? Mine is a roadster if that is different.Comment

The wires run along the inside of the car on the left side
of the driver's seat under the carpet. There is a metal
channel over them that is held in by clips. The antenna
wire also runs in the same location.Comment

Chip, My mistake - Left side (driver's side) take off kick panel & sill plate, pull carpet back and you then can remove the metal wire cover. That will expose the wires you are trying to get to. Be careful with your carpet behind the seats. If it is original it can be fragile.Comment

From where you have traced the harness (near the antenna) it enters the interior through a grommet in the rear bulkhead and then runs over the arch of the wheelwell and then down to the floor where it runs along the driver's side as described by other respondents, under a metal cover.Comment
