Hi, I am wondering if anyone can assist? I have some scratches on my plastic targa roof on my '84. Can this be sanded or polished? Is there somewhere that I can send it? Thank you in advance for any information.

Meguiar's (current day king of automotive wax products) makes a selection of clear plastic cleaners & polishing agents. Their #17 product is a general cleaner that removes very light scratches ande their #10 product is a polish for slightly deeper scratches. The motorcycle crowd is into such use....
You might want to try a little elbow grease and this low cost approach before going to a send-out/turn-key service. If you can't find these in your local auto parts/auto paint stores, call Meguiar's customer service (800) 347-5700 for locator help.
