Paint for Center Console

I am in the middle of restoring my black interior on my 1966 Corvette.
I can't seem to find info on the proper paint for the fiberglass
center console (the section the radio mounts to).

Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.

Black semi-gloss with a lot of DA scratch marks.

I used Krylon 'semi-flat' black on my '65 with success. Others recommend the 'Blitz Black' line of paint from John Deere dealers, but I've never tried it. I agree with Wayne about the DA scratch marks. Good luck!

As you didn't get a response to your question a DA is a air powered sander used in auto body repair surface prep and the factory didn't do an adequate job in their prep work so the sanding marks wouldn't show through the final paint.
