The GM #3899621 bellhousing has very wide application relative to Corvettes and most other Chevrolets of the 67-82 period. It was used on 67-68 Corvettes with 427 (except L-88) and virtually all 69-81 Corvettes, except L-88/ZL-1 and ZR-1.

The GM #3899621 bellhousing is designed for use with a 14" flywheel used with an 11" clutch. It is, by far, the most common bellhousing used for Chevrolets with 14" flywheels and 11" clutches.
