    I have a friend in north Atlanta/Alpharetta GA in need of a recommendation for a good vette shop for his 66 roadster. Any tips out there? Thanks.

      Hi David. I have an outstanding place in Marietta for mechanical repairs. It is Ledford Automatoive, 770-422-1144. Milton Ledford, the owner of the shop, is my brother-in-law and he routinely has several classic Chevy's or Corvettes at the shop. He has had my 70 Vette for about 3 months restoring the frame and engine components to origianl. Milton has had several Corvettes including a 1966.

          Several years ago I had my '66 Corvette painted by Mark Vinson in Athens, Georgia. Did an outstanding job. You might want to give him a try.
