    Ride height issues

I have a 66 roadster I am restoring of which the suspension was completed by the person I purchassed from. My questions are, my "Z" dim is 4.5" which to my calculations are 2" too high. Since the springs look to be new or very well restored, does anyone know of an organization that sells the proper ones. My second question is what tire size works best if using a radial, 215/75/15??
    Thankyou for your response.

    Re: Ride height issues

Are you talking about the front or the rear? Are both ends off?

The original 7.75-15 tires are speced at 775 revs/mile. The best performance tires would be a 215/70R-15, which have the same revs/mile; 205/75R-15 (about 766 revs/mile) will look closer to the OEM tire in terms or width, but they are all low performance all-season tires with low or no speed rating.

You can search www.tirerack.com for tires by size Suggest resticting your search to "H" and above speed ratings.
