1961 Expansion Tank Strap Bolt

This is not a technical question as much as it is a "where can I find?" question.

I'm looking for an expansion tank strap bolt with an "E" on the head for a 61'. The bolt I have on it now has a circular pattern. There is an incomplete outer circle connected to an incomplete inner circle. Could this be correct as well? This nut and bolt detail can where one thin!!

Thanks Mike, but I have tried just about parts company out there (I buy so much from Paragon, I get the discount). I'm told that no one can reproduce the bolt due to copy right infringment. Not sure how true it is. I guess I need to find an original. Thanks Greg
