Re: NCRS Top Flight vs. Bloomington Gold

I'd like to ask a question on this subject. My car was hit in the rear back in the 70's. The shop did a beautiful repair on the outside. Back then the oem PM glass was available over the gm parts counter...but he didn't replace all of it. I can see his repair to the rt rear 1/4 and the upper deck. They did the job and didn't crack but they are very ugly and sloppy.
        1. should I leave it alone? (painted surface is ripple free and nice)
        2. Should I replace the repaired panels with a suitable replacement?

Which would be better for judging?

I don't know of anybody who makes a correct PM upper deck. I think the replacement is SMC.

Build sheet! When it was hit they replaced the fuel tank and Bye Bye went the build sheet. Is there another location on the car to confirm (prove) this is an original car? All my engine numbers are correct and trim plate shows correct color & leather int.
