    65 rear end

I just got my rear axle back from having bearings, seals and clutch pack replaced. When I turn one side gear yoke, I thought the other side was supposed to turn in the opposite direction. Both sides turn the same. There isn't any lubricant in it yet so I am not sure if I have a problem. What do you think? I sure would to get it put back in the car and find out the mechanic did something wrong.

    Re: 65 rear end

When your have a limited slip rear end, I assume you have one because you had the clutch pack replaced, this is what is supposed to occur. If you had an "open rear", then one would turn in the opposite direction.
