C2/3 Rear Park Brake Shoes Anchor Bolt (Torque)

Can't find the suggested torque range for this large fine-thread bolt that anchors one end of each parking brake shoe and attaches the backing plate to the caliper mount bracket. Judging by size, I'd guess 50 - 60 ft.lbs, but I want to be safe/not sorry.

Where is this number published ? Can't find it in the '65 Shop Manual, and it's not in the AIM as the trailing arm arrived St.Louis as an assembly.

Just did mine and couldn't find it either. I put them in at 60 ft lbs. It's for the parking brake only which is not capable of providing much stopping force (therefore not much load on the anchor bolt) under the best of conditions.
